Mindset and Transformation, Awakening to Your Full Potential:
Focused on mindset transformation, rewiring thought patterns, and mastering mental habits.
Inner Calm Practices, Body Mind Breath, Simple Practices for Inner Calm:
Focused on using the body and breath to find stillness, peace, and balance.
Finding Spirituality Within, Awakening the Soul, Nurturing Your Inner Spirituality:
Focused on your inner journey to spiritual fulfillment and peace
-You may want to have a pen and paper ready to take notes.
-An openness to learn something new
-No, not at all, we will gently guide you through the session. Bring your curiosity and willingness to participate
-For the Inner Calm Practices sessions, we want you to be comfortable. Some of the exercises are done in a seated position and some are standing, but that if that doesn't suit you then we invite you to sit, lie or stand - whatever feels right for you. If you are sitting on a chair, be sure to choose one that is NOT on wheels/is stable (safety first).
